The service

Casey Websites builds a one-page website for your business and shows it to you as a preview before any payment. Nothing is owed until you choose to buy.

Own it (one-off)

For the one-off price quoted in your email you receive the finished site, hosting set up, your domain connected, your supplied photos and logo added, and unlimited reasonable edits for 30 days from payment. After payment the site’s files are transferred to you.

Looked after (monthly)

For the monthly price quoted you receive everything above plus ongoing hosting, security updates, content changes on request and your domain renewal. The minimum term is 12 months, after which you can cancel with one month’s notice. If you cancel, the site’s files are handed to you.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not happy within 14 days of paying, email me and I will refund the payment in full. The site is then taken down.

Your content

You confirm that any photos, logos and text you supply are yours to use. You keep ownership of them. Stock photography used in a preview is licensed for that use.

What is not included

Multi-page brochure sites, online booking systems, e-commerce, paid advertising and ongoing SEO work are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
